Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Nagaland on February 15, 2025, issued the Nagaland Town and Country Planning (Fourth Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 further to amend the Nagaland Town and Country Planning Act, 1966.

The following has been stated: -

•After sub-section (16) of section 2, new sub-sections shall be inserted as follows:

17)Town Planning Scheme.

18)Peri-Urban area

19)Authorized Office

It shall come into force from February 15, 2025.
