Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Finance Department, Govt. of Gujarat on December 30, 2025, issued the empanelment of Banks for Acceptance of Bank Guarantee as Security Deposit and Earnest Money Deposit for Financial Year 2025-26.

It states that bank have to submit key financial details for FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, and FY 2023-24, including Net Worth, CRAR, NPA percentages, Net Profit, and Credit Deposit Ratio, on the bank's letterhead, signed and sealed by the competent authority and Statutory Auditor, by January 15, 2025.
