Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Telangana on January 31, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of the time limit for furnishing FORM GSTR-8.

The following has been stated: -

•The Commissioner of State Tax, Telangana, has extended the deadline for filing the GSTR-8 statement, detailing outward supplies through e-commerce operators, for December 2024.

•The new deadline is set for January 12, 2025, in accordance with the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, on the recommendations of the GST Council.
