The Taxes (G) Department, Govt. of Kerala on March 07, 2025, issued the Kerala Partnership (Registration of Firms) (Amendment) Rules, 2025, to further amend the Kerala Partnership (Registration of Firms) Rules, 1959.
The following has been stated namely:-
• In Form A, for the entries against item number 5, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- ""Address, Date of Change, Remarks, Official phone number, Official e-mail id".
• In Form 1, for the words, brackets, letters and symbol "place of business (a) Principal place (b) Other places." the words, brackets, letters, symbol shall be substituted with:- "Place of Business (a) Principal Place (b) Other places (c) Official phone number (d) Official e-mail id".
• In Form II, for the words and brackets "Principal place of business (Previous place) (New place)" the words, brackets and symbol shall be substituted with:- "Principal place of business (Previous place) (New place) Official phone number (Previous Number) (New Number) Official e-mail id (Previous e-mail id) (New e-mail id)".
