The Health and Family Welfare Department, Gujarat, on March 10, 2025, issued a notification regarding the commencement of the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•The Government of Gujarat has announced that the provisions of the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2025 will come into force on March 12, 2025. This decision follows the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act.
