The Government of Andhra Pradesh on March 10, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of the time limit for furnishing FORM GSTR-6.
The following has been stated: -
•The Commissioner of State Tax, Telangana has extended the deadline for Input Service Distributors to file their GSTR-6 return for December 2024.
•The new due date is January 15, 2025. This extension is granted under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as per the recommendations of the GST Council.
•The extension applies to the return due under section 39(4) and rule 65 of the Andhra Pradesh GST Rules.
