Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on February 22, 2025, issued an amendment to the Madhya Pradesh MSME Industrial Land and Building Allotment and Management Rules, 2025.

The State Government, hereby, issues amendments as per Column 4 of Appendix-1 attached to the document.

In case of any clerical/technical error or discrepancy in the provisions of the draft rules, the administrative department is authorized to make amendments with the consent of the Chief Secretary.
