The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on March 10, 2025, issued an Extension in Import Period for Yellow Peas under ITC (HS) Code 07131010 of Chapter 07 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule –I (Import Policy).
The Central Government has extended the current import policy conditions for Yellow Peas under ITC (HS) Code 07131010 from February 28, 2025 to May 31, 2025. This extension, issued under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, continues previous notifications related to the import of Yellow Peas.
The import of Yellow Peas remains categorized as "Free" without Minimum Import Price (MIP) conditions or port restrictions, provided importers register under the online Import Monitoring System. This policy applies to all consignments where the Bill of Lading issued on or before May 31, 2025.
