Industry Specific Compliance The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) on March 07, 2025, notified regarding the New Online Export System on SUGAM Portal.

It states that it has streamlined the process for issuing export NOCs for approved and unapproved new drugs via the Sugam portal, now allowing a 1-year NOC to reduce compliance burdens. The revised checklist and guidance document are attached below, and applications shall be submitted through the Sugam portal at www.cdscoonline.gov.in.
