Secretarial Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Clearing Corporation of India Ltd (CCIL) on March 11, 2025, notified regarding the effective date of the CCIL’s Service for Analysis of Risk, Valuation and Margining Solution (SARVAM) Rules, 2023 (“CCIL-SARVAM Rules”).

It states that the CCIL-SARVAM Rules and the amendments shall be effective from April 01, 2025, in accordance with the RBI's Master Direction on Margining for Non-Centrally Cleared OTC Derivatives and CCIL-SARVAM Rules is available on CCIL’s website (www.ccilindia.com).
