Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 11, 2025, issued the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025, to further amend the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

It states that in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (2), for sub-paragraph it shall be substituted with:- “(2) It shall come into force on the 12th day of September, 2025”.
