Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on March 11, 2025, issued the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025, to further amend the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In paragraph 1(2) which states “Date of enforcement”, the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“It shall come into force on the 12th day of September, 2025.”

This shall come into force on March 11, 2025.
