Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on March 11, 2025, issued the amendment in the Beta Picoline (Quality Control) Order, 2020.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In paragraph 1(2) which states “Date of enforcement”, the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — 

“This order shall come into force on the 13th March, 2026”
