Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, (MoCF) on March 11, 2025, notified the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025 to further amend the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated-

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 12th day of September, 2025.”
