The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has released a new Master Circular (No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/2024/0154) dated November 11, 2024, concerning the Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements (ICDR). This circular consolidates all relevant circulars issued on or before September 30, 2024, and replaces the previous Master Circular dated June 21, 2023.
