Finance & Taxation Compliance The Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh on March 11, 2025, issued the enforcement date of certain provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The provisions of sections 7, 32, 38, and 40 shall come into force on September 27, 2024.

• The provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8, 10 to 31, 33, 34, 36, 37, 39 shall come into force on November 01, 2024.
