Industry Specific Compliance The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on March 12, 2025, issued a Corrigendum to Membership Master Circular dated April 23, 2024

It states that the change to point 5.A.(4) of the Membership Master Circular replaces "Exchange" with "Clearing Corporation," stating that incorrect or incomplete annual returns will be treated as non-submission and subject to penalties or actions deemed appropriate by the Clearing Corporation.
