Industry Specific Compliance The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on March 03, 2025, revised the effective date of the Flight Crew Licensing Circular (FCL) 01 of 2024.

It is hereby notified that Flight Crew Licensing Circular (FCL) 01 of 2024, which was scheduled to be effective from January 15, 2025, has been revised and is now effective from February 20, 2025. All other specifications, standards, and procedures for Electronic Personnel License – Flight Crew (EPL) outlined in FCL 01 of 2024 remain unchanged.
