The Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (CAQM) on March 15, 2025, issued a notification regarding revocation of actions under Stage I (‘Poor’ Air Quality, AQI: 201- 300) of the extant schedule of GRAP in Delhi-NCR.
The following has been stated: -
•The Commission for Air Quality Management has revoked Stage-I actions under the GRAP (Poor Air Quality) in Delhi-NCR due to significant improvement in air quality, with AQI now in the 'Satisfactory' category.
•The Sub-Committee decided to lift the restrictions but emphasized ongoing measures to maintain air quality.
•Agencies are instructed to implement dust control and pollution mitigation measures. Regular monitoring will continue to ensure air quality remains stable.
