Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on March 19, 2025, issued the Polyurethanes (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025 to further amend the Polyurethanes (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In the Polyurethanes (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 19th day of December, 2025”

It shall come into force on March 19, 2025.
