Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 19, 2025, issued the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025, to further amend the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

It states that in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (2), shall be substituted with—

“(2) It shall come into force on the 19th day of December, 2025”.
