The Government of Nagaland on February 25, 2025, issued the Nagaland Building Byelaws (3rd Amendment) 2025, to further amend the Nagaland Building Byelaws 2012.
This shall come into force from February 28, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In section 2, definitions of "2xxv - Common Telecommunication Infrastructure (CTI)", "2xxvi - In Building Solution", "2xxvii - Telecom Service Provider (TSP)", "2xxviii - NOC" shall be added.
• After section 76, a new section shall be inserted namely: - "Section 77. In-Building Solution for Common Telecom Infrastructure (CTI)".
