The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on March 18, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Premature Redemption Calendar for Sovereign Gold Bonds for the period April 2025 to September 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• RBI has intimated the details of Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGB) issued by RBI which are falling due for premature redemption during H1 of 2025-26 (April 2025 to September 2025) along with the dates of submission of premature redemption requests by investors pursuant to procedural guidelines intimated.
• The Security Details, ISIN, and the Dates for submitting the request for premature redemption by the investors Retail Direct has been stated in the notification.
• The Procedure to be followed by the client for submission of the premature redemption request to its Participant has been stated.
