The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on March 19, 2025, issued the date of the establishment of amendment of Indian standards particulars related to road construction and maintenance equipment.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the date of the establishment of amendment shall be February 22, 2025, and will remain in force till August 21, 2025: -
• IS 15500 (Part 1 to 8): 2021- Deepwell Handpumps, Components and Special Tools — Specification (First Revision) - Amendment No. 2.
• IS 15558: 2024 - Instantaneous Domestic Water Heater for Use with LPG — Specification (First Revision) - Amendment No. 1.
• IS/ISO 16039: 2004 - Road Construction and Maintenance Equipment — Slipform Pavers — Definitions and Commercial Specifications- Amendment No. 1.
• IS 17435: 2020 - Ballistic Shields — Specification - Amendment No. 1.
• IS 17773: 2022- Closed-Circuit Ammonia Refrigeration System — Code of Practice for Design and Installation (ANSI/IIAR 2: 2014, NEQ) - Amendment No. 1.
