Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 19, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Extension in timelines for implementation of Common Contract Note.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Circulars prescribing the format of the contract note, STP IFN515 and FAQs for providing ECN with single WAP for trades across Exchanges has been referred to.

• The timelines for applicability of aforesaid compliance has been extended to April 30, 2025 (Trade Date).
