Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) – Goods and Services Tax (GST) on March 2025, notified regarding the due date for payment of central excise duty for the month of March 2025.

It is stated that the due date for payment of central excise duty for the month of march 2025 will be March 31, 2025.

There are continuous bank holidays preceding i.e. March 30, 2025 (ugadi/gudi padwa) and March 31, 2025( id-ul-fitr) declared in some parts of the country.

In view of this, taxpayers are advised to plan their e-payment activity for march 2025, well in advance please.
