The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on March 20, 2025, issued the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025, to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008.
This shall come into force from March 21, 2025.
It states that after Chapter IIIB and before Chapter IV, a new Chapter shall be inserted, namely,— “CHAPTER IIIC - VERIFICATION OF PAST RISK AND RETURN METRICS”.
It includes: -
