Finance & Taxation Complianceclass="MsoNormal">The Commercial Tax Department, Govt. of Chhattisgarh on March 21, 2025, amended the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 regarding Aviation Turbine Fuel.

It states that the exempts aviation turbine fuel from full tax, reducing the rate to 4% from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
