The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on March 24, 2025, issued a notification regarding the updating of ISD GSTIN by Members.
Effective from April 01, 2025, ISD GST registration provisions will apply.
Members wishing to receive invoices from BSE under their ISD GST registration must update their ISD GST number and upload the ISD registration certificate on the BEFS Portal by 26th March 2025.
•Only one ISD GST number per member will be accepted.
•Invoices from 01 April 2025 will be based on the ISD GST number provided by 26th March 2025.
•Requests for credit notes or revised invoices for previously issued invoices will not be entertained.
