Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on March 21, 2025, notified the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (Second Amendment) Bill, 2025 to further amend the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888.

The following has been stated-

•Amendment of section 61 (y) Construction of public parks and parks and places for recreation, layout thereof to do or to manage with a view to keeping in good condition”.

•Sub-section (d)" of section 63 of the principal Act shall be omitted.
