Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on March 22, 2025, issued the notification regarding the amendments Notification No. 27/2011-Customs, dated March 01, 2011 regarding “Exemptions of Customs duty on goods falling within the second schedule of Customs Tariff Act, 1975”

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the TABLE, against S. No. 1, in column (4), for the entry, the entry “nil” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force from April 01, 2025.
