The Ministry of Education (MoE), on March 24, 2025, notified regarding the ensuring quality education for All.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Samagra Shiksha aims to provide inclusive and equitable education from pre-primary to senior secondary levels, addressing diverse backgrounds and academic needs, including special provisions for children with disabilities and out-of-school children.
• It states that the scheme supports the construction and strengthening of school infrastructure, including classrooms, toilets, and science labs, while also promoting digital learning through ICT labs and online platforms like DIKSHA and SWAYAM PRABHA.
• It focuses on enhancing teacher training, including addressing the needs of children with special needs, and offers literacy programs for non-literate individuals aged 15 and above through initiatives like the New India Literacy Programme (ULLAS).
