The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on March 25, 2025notified regarding seeking comment on proposal to make GST e-invoices received through GSTN to DGFT BO portal mandatory for claiming deemed export benefits under ftp under the provisions of para 1.07a and b of FTP 2023.
It states that the proposal to make GST e-invoices from GSTN on the DGFT BO portal mandatory for claiming deemed export benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) has been made to improve transparency and compliance and Stakeholders are invited to submit comments/views by April 02, 2025 to [email protected] for further consideration.
