Secretarial Compliance The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited, (NCDEX), on March 25, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Release of collateral.

Clearing Members are informed that, as per SEBI circular regarding the Settlement of Running Account of Client’s Funds, NCCL will permit requests for Cash/FDR/BG release on an immediate basis until 7:00 PM on April 04, 2025.

NCCL will endeavor to process the release within one hour, subject to collateral availability and margin checks.

Members are advised to take note and comply accordingly.
