Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on March 26, 2025, issued an update on the levy of annual maintenance charges for dormant mandates.

The following has been stated: -

•BSE has notified that dormant mandates on the BSE StAR MF platform will incur dormancy charges as per NPCI guidelines. Members are encouraged to cancel dormant mandates using the platform's cancellation facility to avoid these charges.

•If not canceled by members, BSE will initiate the cancellation of such mandates from March 27, 2025. Members are advised to take immediate action.
