The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on March 07, 2025, issued an Updation of ISD GSTIN in Exchange Records.
The provisions related to Input Service Distributor (ISD) registration will come into effect from April 1, 2025. All market intermediaries intending to receive invoices from BSE under their ISD registration must update or provide their ISD GST number along with a copy of the ISD registration certificate by March 27, 2025.
Key Points:
Only one ISD number per market intermediary will be accepted.
Invoices from April 1, 2025, will be issued based on the ISD GST number updated/provided by March 27, 2025.
Requests for past invoice modifications (credit notes or fresh invoices) will not be entertained.
To prevent inconvenience, intermediaries must update their ISD registration details and upload their ISD certificates on the member/listing portal. For queries, they should reach out to the respective user team at the earliest.
