The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on The April 09, 2025, issued the notification regarding the extension of the eCSin amnesty scheme, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The member applying under ICSI - eCSin Amnesty Scheme, 2025 shall be granted immunity from the applicability of the provisions of the ICSI (ECSIN) Guidelines, 2019 in respect of the eCSin for which request under this Amnesty Scheme has been made and disciplinary proceedings shall not be initiated or entertained in this respect.
• All eCSins generated or to be generated till April 20, 2025, is covered in the scheme
• The Scheme Opens on April 01, 2025
• The Scheme now closes on April 20, 2025.
