The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) on June 13, 2025, issued the Pharmacy Council of India (Manner of Holding Inquiry and Imposition of Penalty) Regulations, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Any person may file a complaint in Form-I through electronic means or speed post or in person, to the adjudicating officer regarding any contravention of the provisions of the Pharmacy Act, 1948
• The Process of Holding of inquiry is stated in the Regulation
• The process of Appeal is stated in the Regulation.
• Form I, II, III, and IV is attached to the Regulation.
This shall come into force on June 13, 2025.
