Industry Specific Compliance The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) on June 16, 2025, issued the JSERC (Terms and Conditions for Intra-State Open Access) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025, to further amend the JSERC (Terms and Conditions for Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2016.

It states that under chapter A1, Regulation 1.3 shall be read as follows: -

“(1.3) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Jharkhand Gazette unless reviewed or amended or extended by the Commission and shall remain in force upto 31st March, 2030.”
