Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), on August 07, 2025, notified regarding the government's enhanced MSME Support with Credit Schemes, SRI Fund, and SAMADHAAN Portal.

The following has been stated namely: -

• To enhance credit flow and liquidity for MSMEs, the Government of India has implemented several key measures. 

• Under the Credit Guarantee Scheme (CGS) for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), an additional corpus of ₹9,000 crore has been infused into the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust, enabling ₹2 lakh crore in additional credit at reduced interest rates. From April 01, 2025, the guarantee ceiling will increase from ₹5 crore to ₹10 crore, with up to 90% coverage for eligible loans. 

• Additionally, the PM Vishwakarma Scheme, launched on September 17, 2023, supports artisans and craftspeople from 18 traditional trades by providing loans of up to ₹3 lakh with an 8% interest subvention.
