The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) on August 22, 2025, issued a notification regarding guidelines on advertisements and compliance.
The following has been stated: -
•Promoters must not market or sell projects without UP-RERA registration; all ads must carry RERA number, QR code, website, bank details, and launch date.
•Registration certificate (Form-C) to be prominently displayed at offices and project sites.
•Compliance with NBC, BIS, UPERC, and TRAI norms on construction, power, and digital connectivity is mandatory.
•Developers must file Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) on the portal within 15 days of each quarter’s end.
