The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) on November 13, 2025, issued a corrigendum to JSERC Distribution Tariff Regulations, 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•JSERC identified a typographical error in Clause 10.86(ii) of the Distribution Tariff Regulations, 2025, notified on October 16, 2025.
•The clause incorrectly mentioned a “three percent (4%)” voltage rebate for consumers connected at 132 kV and above.
•The corrected provision now states a “four percent (4%)” voltage rebate. The term “three” is to be read as “four” in the said clause.
