The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on November 13, 2025, issued the Directions on revised QPR format for Real Estate Agents.
The following has been stated: -
•ORERA has modified the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) format originally mandated on January 03, 2024, acting under Section 37 of the RERA Act, 2016.
•The revision follows a request from the DG of Audit (Indirect Taxes & Customs) for quarterly turnover details of real estate agents.
•The updated QPR now mandates disclosure of Project Name & RC No. and Turnover/Brokerage Commission, along with other transaction details.
•Real Estate Agents must submit the revised QPR format from the quarter ending December 2025 onwards.
