The Nagaland Pollution Control Board (NPCB), on November 21, 2025, issued a list of Industries Granted CTE & CTO under GREEN Category by NPCB (Up to October 2025).
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has issued Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) to several industries under the GREEN category up to October 2025.
• The listed units include packaged drinking water, roller flour mills, and a decorative stone plant located across Dimapur and Kohima. Each unit has been assigned a specific consent number along with validity dates.
• Validity ranges from recently extended consents (up to 2026) to older approvals such as the Decorative & Dimensional Stone Plant (2015). This consolidated list provides a ready reference for compliance status under the GREEN industrial classification.
