It states that institutes with compliance deficiencies shall upload the required documents on the same online application portal using their existing login credentials, as hard copies or emails will not be accepted. Only submissions made through the INC portal will be considered for renewal, and the last date for uploading compliance reports is December 15, 2025, with no further extensions permitted.
