The Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI) on December 09, 2025, notified regarding the CKYC ID of the Debtor.

It states that providing the CKYC ID of the Debtor shall be mandatory for registration of a Security interest charge w.e.f January 01, 2026. Creditors are requested to make the necessary provisions to provide their CKYC ID through the API Batch and web portal accordingly.
