The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RJRERA), on December 15, 2025, notified regarding the Directions to promoters to use a standard font size in advertisements while displaying the scheme's name, "Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana".
The following has been stated namely:-
• The term "Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana" in the advertisements made for the projects developed under such schemes shall be displayed only in a font size smaller than or equal to the font size of the project's contact details and address.
• Such information shall be displayed only on the right hand in the footnote of the advertisement.
• The Logo of the "Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana" should not be used in advertisements by the private promoters.
• Failure to comply with the directions shall be treated as a violation of Regulation 14(8) of the Regulations, 2024. It shall attract a penalty under section 61/63 of RERA Act of not less than Rs. 10,000/-, which may extend up to Rs. 50,000/- per violation.
