The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 31, 2025, notified regarding the extension of time for submission of Annual Audited Networth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide General Circular No. 08/2025 dated December 30, 2025, has extended the due date for filing Financial Statements and Annual Returns under the Companies Act, 2013, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The filing deadline has been extended from December 31, 2025, to January 31, 2026. Accordingly, members are required to submit their Annual Returns for FY 2024–25 through the BEFS portal on or before January 31, 2026.
