Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on December 30, 2025, issued a notification to amend notification no. S.O. 4849 (E), dated October 23, 2025 related to the Establishment of ROCs under the LLP Act, 2008.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and word “1st January, 2026”, the words, figures and letters “the 16th February, 2026” shall be substituted.
