Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Textiles (MoT) on December 31, 2025, issued an amendment to the older notification no. S.O. 1830(E), dated April 22, 2025, related to the mandatory Jute Packaging Order for Commodities.

In the said notification, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters “up to the 30th June, 2025”, the words, figures and letters “up to the 31st March, 2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier” shall be substituted.
